The Covid-19 pandemic of 2020 has severely disrupted businesses that compelled our company to reassess our growth strategies and opportunities. As a result, we reconfigured our business model by reallocating our capital more effectively to better realize new opportunities.

Through this reconfiguration, two new entities were created – IAM Equity Fund and IAM NNN Properties. IAM Equity Fund is designed to invest in medium and large US companies that are experiencing growth. IAM NNN Properties is a portfolio of properties in rural, small cities in US with services that are e-commerce resistant.
